Welsh Gaming Network member TheWelshDad will be taking part in a 10 hour game-a-thon this Saturday 14th April 2018. It will be streamed live from Game in St David’s Centre, Cardiff and is raising money for Noah’s Ark Tiny Lives Appeal.

When: Saturday 14th April, 9am-7pm

Who: Carl Kendrick aka TheWelshDad is father to two boys 13 week old Jack and 4 year old Joshua. Joshua is a crazy Dinosaur loving boy, but when he was born 6 weeks early weighing in at just over 3lb and with a total length of 28cm, he had to spend the first 11 days of his life at the Children’s Hospital of Wales Neonatal Ward. He was cared for 24 hours a day, until he was strong enough to be allowed home. Now Carl wants to raise money for Noah’s Ark Charity “Tiny Lives” Appeal.
Why: Tiny Lives appeal is looking to raise £1 million over 12 months and have so far achieved over £500,000. The money raised goes towards specialist equipment such as ventilators and machines that can save a babies eyesight. Also they are looking to purchase “Mummy Cams” so that mothers who are recovering away from their babies can still watch and monitor them from another ward.
Wow, that really sounds like a good cause. TheWelshDad will be working hard all day on Saturday to raise money for this charity and you can help.
