The Welsh Gaming Network is proud to present The Arcade Vaults as a new partnership.

We will look to support our new friends with the ability of sharing, promoting and attending any events they put on including monthly meet ups and bigger events such as Player Nation

This is a very positive step in the right direction, as it means more games businesses across Wales talking and potentially working together which is a great boost for the Welsh gaming industry.

Who are The Arcade Vaults?

The Arcade Vaults are a Welsh company started in 2016 who specialise in retro video games and consoles. They also play a huge part in gaming across Cardiff, hosting many unique events throughout the year which help boost awareness towards video games as a healthy recreational activity especially as gaming becomes more and more popular in mainstream media.

They also serve to educate in video game history by presenting consoles from over 30 years ago up to the current generation of consoles and virtual reality which is important for the younger generations to view and learn about as much as it can inspire them to become the next games developers, and potentially software and hardware outside of video games too. For example, you could bring your child to one of these events, they decide they want to use technology on offer here and enter the world of engineering, to make modern devices/use of virtual reality to better mankind in ways we haven’t thought up yet.

Moving forward, this is a wonderful partnership which I hope will allow the gaming community grow by us being able to team up and create some interesting events across Wales.
